The international airport nearest to Évora is the Aeroporto de Lisboa.
Évora is about 100 km east from Lisboa, being connected by a fast highway passing over the Tagus river (Rio Tejo) through the 13 km long   Vasco da Gama bridge   (see a nice picture here) inaugurated in march of 1998 for the EXPO-98.
